Data protection, data security and the responsible handling of personal data are important to Günthard.Politumsetzung GmbH. As a rule, the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the associated Ordinance (DSV) apply to our processing of personal data. In certain cases - particularly in the case of cross-border contacts - the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may also apply.
In this privacy policy, we explain how we collect and process personal data (i.e. information that relates to an identified or identifiable person) - for example when you visit our website, contact us, use our services, commission us or interact with us in any other way.
For individual projects, in particular as part of our consulting mandates, we process personal data on behalf of our clients. In these cases, we act as a processor; the respective clients remain responsible for lawful data processing.
